Komiyo was born from my own search for balance.
While navigating a busy corporate life, I spent years exploring meditation, mindful movement, energy work, and holistic wellbeing—both for myself and for others. Over time, I discovered that real transformation rarely comes from doing more, but from returning to simple practices, again and again.
I came to believe that wellbeing is not a destination. It’s a lifestyle—shaped by the small rituals we choose to return to each day.
That journey eventually led to the creation of GemZen, and from there, Komiyo was born.
Stillness is not something we achieve.
